We are a non-governmental scientific and knowledge based entity with legal personality, bringing together specialized professors, academics, and Arab professionals of diverse nationalities—regardless of any sectarian, ethnic, religious, or other considerations. Our sole allegiance is to the Arab umbrella under which all council members are united. Our aim is to develop and build an effective network of relationships to strengthen scientific, professional, and humanitarian ties among Arab academics and professionals, open avenues for cooperation among them, and achieve a qualitative shift in their work at both the Arab and international levels. This is accomplished by contributing to the Arab scientific community and relevant international organizations to realize scientific and knowledge-based gains that serve academics and professionals across various fields, at both individual and institutional levels.

The Arab Council for Academics and Competencies aims to provide specialized scientific support to its members and safeguard their human and professional rights through legal means. It highlights the creative scientific role of academics and leverages their expertise to serve the Arab and global scientific community.
